Job Summary

Job Description

  • 3 to 5 years of experience with BE/MBA background
  • Knowledge in full-cycle recruiting experience ideally in a high-growth tech start-up environment.
  • Must be versed enough with Non IT and IT related requirements.
  • Experience sourcing and proven track record for closing profiles ranging from mid to senior engineering position s and other IT requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Ability to understand basic technical requirements to conduct position searches in A time-sensitive fast-paced environment
  • Familiar with engineering and technology organizations and talent markets
  • Proven Track Record Sourcing and hiring passive candidates.
  • Bringing new innovative ideas to a small collaborative recruiting team
  • Must be able to use multiple search portals to produce results-driven.
  • Conduct pre-screen technical interviews with candidates.
  • Communicate at all levels to inform the recruiting team and management of candidate search statuses.
  • Ability to maintain a steady stream of candidates in the pipeline.
  • Use of appropriate systems to track candidates through the recruiting process, as well as data tracking of all open positions
  • Excellent networking skills and the ability to source candidates through social media and other non-traditional methods
  • Drive to successfully select and present positive high-quality candidates within strict time-sensitive time frames
  • Participate in weekly meetings with the recruiting team and management

Qualification and Experience:

3 to 5 years of experience with BE/MBA background

  • Must be versed enough with R&D and related requirements.
  • Experience sourcing and proven track record for closing profiles ranging from mid to senior engineering position s and other IT requirements
    Must be well versed in portals like Naukri , Monster, Indeed ,LinkedIn Etc
    Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
    Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint etc.) of products
