Job Summary

Job Overview:


Reporting to the General Manager, the Head Of Delivery is responsible for leading development teams and overall project delivery. Projects include delivering enhancements and bug-fixes on time with high level of quality.



Job Responsibilities:

    • Provide leadership, vision, and management to Engineering department
    • Position will be directly supervising Senior Technical Managers who supervise 3 to 5 teams of Technical Lead + Developers
    • Deliver to department SLA and responsible for practices/policies/processes to improve code quality and timely delivery
    • Develop and review budgets and forecasts for the Development department and ensure they align to the goals of the business
    • Develop department standards, policies and procedures, as well as determining level of effort and prioritization for the department to appropriately align to the goals of the company
    • Provide day-to-day supervision, conduct performance reviews, formulate goals and expectations, and delegate work assignments
    • Maintain and increase efficiency of operations through the implementation of more effective controls, and the timely resolution of outstanding technology issues
    • Act as a project manager across projects.
    • Define and implement technical solutions that satisfy business requirements and are in line with corporate, project, and budgetary objectives.
    • Execute Streamline s strategy and tactical roadmap aligned with best practices
    • Assess and resolve technical problems that may involve complex integration of technologies across multiple software and hardware platforms
    • Communicate and collaborate effectively with offshore and onshore teams



Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Fifteen (15) or more years' experience in leading product teams with a solid track record for delivering projects. Preference for experience working in product based organizations with Microsoft Technologies
  • Five (5) years' experience successfully managing and developing project teams
  • Five (5) years' experience in progressive management position and leadership role
  • Healthcare IT experience, including with HIPAA/HITECH compliance requirements, preferred
  • Demonstrated track record with re-engineering / process improvement
  • Ability to develop and maintain highly effective relationships, internally and externally
  • Positive "can do" attitude with focus on the success of the team over individual accomplishments
  • High level of self-motivation and ability to motivate / inspire staff along the journey
  • Excellent interpersonal, planning, organizational, prioritization, presentation, analytical, problem solving, oral and written communication skills
  • Comfortable with change management specific to initiating, shaping and managing change.
  • Ability to perform competently in high-pressure, high-stress situations
  • Ability to be on call or assure critical incident response 24x7x365
  • Position based out of Bangalore, India
