1.Facilities and Utility/Machine/Instrument/PLC/HMI Maintenance:
Preparation of instruments calibration schedule as per requirement, supervision, execution, periodic maintenance of utility, production, QC, equipments, instruments, PLC, HMI as per plan and trouble shoot in order to ensure smooth operations of the plant.
2. Document management:
Preparation of SOPs/WI/Protocols/Layouts/Qualification documents/MIS and execution in order to ensure smooth operations of the plant.
3. Safety, Health and Environment:
Implement & follow safety systems in compliance with statutory requirements of SHE, maintain statutory records, as per statutory guidelines and GMP requirements.
4. People management:
Assign responsibilities, monitor performance, counsel and provide feedback on performance, plan & monitor training and development, motivate and reward staff appropriately.
5. Procurement:
Indent the required materials with right specifications as per the BOM and support in identifying the vendor, negotiate price, submit to purchase department and follow up for the receipt of material and update relevant documents.
