Job Highlights:

  • Lead and guide projects through all phases, including requirements gathering, scoping, planning, influencing, development, QA, bug fixing, deployment, and metrics tracking.
  • Champion Agile Scrum methodology to deliver projects efficiently.
  • Certified Scrum Master or Agile certification preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Required Experience:

  • 7-8 years of experience, preferably in a services-based company, managing 4-5 projects concurrently.

Job Description:

  • Take a hands-on approach in managing the delivery of critical business initiatives, overseeing all aspects of project management such as planning, requirements definition, risk management, communication, and execution.
  • Develop innovative solutions to address project obstacles, resolving issues and constraints through consensus and effective judgment.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure customer deliverables are met.
  • Make delivery decisions, balance tactical goals with long-term strategy, and ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Guide projects through all phases, from requirements gathering and scoping to planning, development, QA, bug fixes, deployment, and metrics tracking.
  • Lead and facilitate discussions, decision-making processes, and conflict resolution across teams.
  • Assist teams in adopting the Agile Manifesto and driving continuous improvement in Agile execution.
  • Ensure timely product delivery within an Agile framework, focusing on continuous process enhancement.
  • Coordinate across cross-functional teams, identifying and mitigating dependencies and risks early on.
  • Develop risk impact matrices and implement risk mitigation strategies for high-priority issues.
  • Provide weekly sprint health status reports to higher management.
  • Manage third-party integrations and commitment closures, participating in user and product research exercises and workshops.
  • Prepare business models, flowcharts, and diagrams to communicate project requirements.
  • Track progress and performance using relevant tools.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 7-8 years of experience in project management, with a focus on managing multiple projects in parallel.
  • Experience working on startup products in B2B, B2C, or SaaS domains.
  • At least 3 years of technical program management experience, with a track record of managing projects across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong experience with Agile Scrum methodology and facilitating its adoption across teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Certified Scrum Master or Agile certification is a plus.
