Job Summary
  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Executive in Product Based company/Web application based company.
  • Demonstrable experience with CRM software.
  • Hands on experience with online marketing tools and practices.
  • Familiarity with IoT basics and software product Sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customised targeted sales strategies.
  • Building business relationships with current and potential clients.
  • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs).
  • Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts.
  • Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information.
  • Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process.
  • Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews; meeting or exceeding annual sales goals.
  • Project Management:
    • Gathering requirements and specifications from the client that is related to the project to be executed.
    • Coordinating with the technical team to understand the project requirements from the clients.
    • Ensure timely service and maintain deadlines for completion of the activities involved in the project.
  • Inbound sales:
    • International clients handling excellent customer service.
    • Request for Proposal (RFP).
    • Studying RFPs and RFQs from clients and building proposals after coordinating with the Manager and the development team.
    • Preparing proposals for undertaking the projects and sending out quotations for the project.
    • Ensuring optimum solutions for clients.
  • Outbound sales:
    • Identifying market & assigning goals and training to team of marketing executives.
    • Generate prospects.
    • Bidding and preparing proposals for Products/Web.
    • Successful meetings with Top level executives like CEO, CTO, MD etc.. to conclude the deal and projects.
    • Closing deals and projects from the campaign.
    • Cold calling to clients all over and scheduling conference calls or gathering requirements.

Qualification :
B.Tech/M. Tech/BBA/MBA degree in Marketing, Advertising or relevant field.
Experience Required :

Minimum 2 Years
