Job Summary

Job Description

We are looking to expand our Sales team with smart Business Development Executives with an entrepreneurial mindset, customer obsessed and passionate about taking up challenges, generating opportunities and closing them. You will work closely with the sales team to develop and implement business growth opportunities in new and existing markets.
  • Experience in selling IT services
  • Working with the Sales team, you will research, strategize and create GoTo Market (GTM) plans.
  • You will own this GTM plan, drive opportunities and sales.
  • You will have opportunity to be part of team strategizing, planning, and implementing new service offerings /exploring new markets
  • Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing GTM strategies
  • Build contacts with existing and potential clients to create new business opportunities.
  • Keep client database updated.
  • Make cold calls and/or emails for new business leads.
  • Understanding client needs and offer right solutions and support.
  • Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs) with support from required teams (sales, operations, finance etc.)
  • Maintain knowledgebase of service offerings of the company.
  • Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients.
  • Work with senior management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans.
  • Closing sales and achieving sales targets


Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in selling IT services.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship management skills
  • Ability to think creatively and solve challenges.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task projects and deliverables
  • Proven experience working under pressure to deliver high quality output in a short span of time.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial mind-set
  • Experience of using Linkedin Sales Navigator would be an advantage
