Job Summary

Job roles and responsibilities - AM (TS&AP)

MBA with 4 years of work experience in Marketing and Business development

  • Handling support and operation queries of existing centres
  • Helping allocated centres with marketing and field activities
  • Meeting targets with respect to enrolment for the centres allocated
  • Monthly visits to allocated franchisees for support and business development
  • Operational and financial issues to be handled
  • Responsible for revenue generation for the franchisee centres allocated
  • Business development activities for new state launches
  • Competition study and analysis of preschools
  • Willing to Travel atleast 5 to 10 days in a month outside Hyderabad
  • Should have a 2 wheeler for travel within the city

    • Overall a challenging position with good scope for self learning and moving up the ladder in the organisation

    MBAs/ Graduates with 4-5 yrs of experience in Franchise development/ Marketing. Experience in the field of Education will be advantage. The incumbent must possess good presentation and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel as per requirement

    CTC : Upto 5.00 lac p.a.
    Experience Required :

    Minimum 4 Years
