ROLE PROFILE/JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Knowledge & hands on experience handling Pan India Functions on the below areas.

a) Complaints from Non-Judicial Authorities.

b) Criminal Complaints on the Company.

c) Cases on Company, drafting counter, written statement etc.

d) Handling notice on company and its reply.

Other pre-requirements

e) Should have handled 2W/3W products in current or previous job profile

f) Hands on experience in filing Execution Proceedings.

g) Hands on experience in filing Section 9 proceedings.

h) Hands on experience in filing Criminal Complaints.

i) Should have handled Loss on Sale accounts collections.

j) To provide proactive support to Collection / Recovery team & FOS agencies.

k) Hands on experience in MS office.
