Roles and Responsibilities

Knowledge & hands on experience handling Pan India functions on the below legal actions.

a) 138 proceedings.

b) Arbitration end to end process adherences.

c) Filing Execution Proceedings.

d) Filing Section 9 proceedings.

e) Filing Criminal Complaints.

f) Legal Stock management.

g) Legal Account allocation.

h) Legal notice (DLN, LRN, Pre-Sale, Loss on sale etc. process adherences.

i) End to end storage process mechanism handling skill.

j) Advocate bills clearance management

k) Provision and budget management.

Other pre-requirements

l) Should have handled 2W/3W products in current or previous job profile

m) Should have handled Loss on Sale accounts.

n) To provide proactive support to Collection / Recovery team & FOS agencies.

o) Hands on experience in MS office.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Responsible for: Handling Pan India legal action request adherence as per the set TAT.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in Financial Services/Banking/NBFC Pan India
