Job Summary
including Native and HTML5 on CO. CPE devices (ATV, Linux, RDK etc.) across various
HW platforms (Broadcom, MTK, Amlogic, Synaptics, etc.)
2. Define tech requirements and workflows from OTT App partners & conveying same to
co. Backend teams, ODMs & CO. TV App partners.
3. Leading interface between co. OTT & Linear backend, IT/SMS systems, CMS & various
OTT partners and internal/external stakeholders.
4. Define and clearly communicate product and business requirements: Use Cases, Features,
User Experience, Business case, Compatibility, Transition etc
5. Manage video playback, content delivery, app performance, memory optimization and
important KPI across devices and platform.Conduct and lead PoCs, A/B test and clearly define the quantum leap.
9. Generate database insight and leverage AI/ML technologies to enhance metadata
integration, voice search, personalization, recommendations etc.
10. Gather customer feedback, reviews and support CS team in analyse and provide timely
solution.
