Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic business development Lead to grow our business. You will attract new clients and build solid relationships with them while maintaining existing relationships. Other duties will include market research, developing business strategies and pitches, managing a variety of projects, and identifying new business opportunities. You work with various departments and report to the head of Business Development.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Building relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct market research and explore new business opportunities.
• Identify local business opportunities and challenges.
• Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
• Strong presentation and influencing skills, and the ability to interact with executive level business and Operational partners.

Requirements

• Master degree in Business , Marketing or relevant experience
• A self-starter with desire for success who can spot new opportunities.
• Proven record in business and Operational development.
• Experience in Canova.
• 1-2 years of experience in business development.
• Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening.
• Must possess strong communication skills with regional language expertise (Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil)
• Well organized.
• Presentable and confident
• Strong ethical leadership abilities.
• Self-Starter and Startup Enthusiast.
