Job Summary



Roles and Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and screening of potential candidates for Non-IT.
  • Must build an online network on Social media, build relationships with potential employees on LinkedIn.
  • Analyse candidate information to determine matches between candidates and job openings in various job portals like Naukri, Linkedin, Monster, Indeed, Times Jobs Etc.
  • Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements and educate candidates on company processes.
  • Update and track candidates in accordance with the company s standards.
  • Track job requirements and initiate recruitment for new roles paying close attention to high-priority situations.
  • Responsible for increasing the number of qualified applicants in the database.
  • Track/communicate new technology trends.
  • Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.


Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Well-versed in Excel.
  • Good at Kannada, English, Hindi.
  • Able to work in a team, learn quickly and deliver.
  • Experience:- 1-2 years of Recruitment experience in a fast-paced startup environment like sourcing and recruiting Non IT Jobs
  • MBA In HR/Marketing field is preferred.
