Job Summary

Responsibilities Developing and managing relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations Identifying and developing new business opportunities with existing and potential clients Understanding client requirements and ensuring that we meet their needs and expectations Generating and submitting proposals in response to client requests for proposals Working with internal teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget Ensuring client satisfaction by regularly following up on project progress and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise Gathering market intelligence and competitive insights to help inform our sales and marketing strategies Requirements Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in Key Account Management within the Information Technology and Services industry Experience in managing and growing large client accounts Strong sales skills and ability to lead negotiations with clients Ability to understand clients requirements and translate them into effective solutions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously High level of organizational skills and attention to detail Benefits Private Health Insurance Training & Development Performance Bonus
