Key Responsibilities :-

• Responsible for end to end payroll activities for almost 100 clients handling headcount of 15000 employees with a team of 13 members
• Responsible for grooming the team and helping them on answering the queries relating to Income tax and other payroll related queries
• Client co-ordination at the time of Migration and build rapport with them
• Ensuring timely payments for all payroll related payments and accountability for the deliverables of the team

Competencies and Skills : -

• Prefer candidates from Indian Payroll operations with relevant work experience
• Any Graduate with MBA Operations will be added advantage
• Good analytical thinkering with process oriented
