Techolution is looking for a Resource Manager to support our global engineering, marketing, sales & product teams to match the right talent with the right project as we scale more diverse and inclusive resources across the globe. Resource Manager will play a key role in ramping up our business by effectively managing the teams, projects and also resource planning.

In this role you will work with practice leads, PMO, HR, Delivery & Leadership Teams helping them assess staffing needs based on each project s requirements, and let them know who on the team is available to work. The Resource Manager will manage and continuously improve resource management processes and functions and will use in-depth experience and expertise of personnel and project management skills to evolve resource management fountains.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Effectively assign available resources to projects based on their skills and experience.
• Hiring new staff in accordance with project budgets.
• Providing project managers with ongoing resource management and related support.
• Monitoring employee utilization, workload, and overtime hours.
• Mitigating resource concerns by reallocating resources, adjusting goals, or assigning additional staff.
• Assisting with HR-processes, such as payroll administration, compensation and benefit plans, and staff training.
• Collaborating on resource management with internal departments.
• Documenting processes and maintaining records.
• Keeping informed on labor laws and trends in resource management.

Skills Required:

• 2+ years of relevant experience into resource management along with excellent communication skills and presentation skills.
• Manage staffing logistics for projects, ensuring staffing requests are fulfilled in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
• Track and analyze supply and demand data, identifying trends or issues and providing clear and timely recommendations to leadership to resolve those issues
• Maintain organizational relationships and understanding of other Business/HR /Org-level initiatives and potential impact on capacity
• Provide support and guidance to HR generalists, management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations.
• Ability to interact positively with employees at all levels of the organization with empathy
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of applicable labor laws.
