Job Brief:

As a Marketing Lead:

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to develop, execute, and manage marketing programs for the company. The programs should support business development objectives, help lead acquisition, foster customer retention, provide sales support and advance brand building.

Responsibilities:

  • Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals.
  • Market through various channels, primarily digital and segment databases working with large data sets
  • Develop business cases for marketing programs at the proposal stage and make recommendations on marketing tactics
  • Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives, including impact on lead flow, brand recognition, social media engagement, and overall business development
  • Propose and manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications
  • Partner with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes.
  • Build a sound team of Sales & Marketing, with clear laid performance KPI's.
  • Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in marketing, preferably in B2B businesses.
  • In-depth comprehension and insights of the marketing and agency network ecosystem.
  • Strong analytical thinking, ability to create test and learn plans, measure incremental results, identify opportunities.
  • Proactive in recognizing new ideas and bringing them to execution.
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentational skills with a focus on tangible, measurable recommendations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & handle multiple projects concurrently.
  • Excellent research, organizational and time management skills.
  • The capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong leadership and team building skills
  • Banking / Finance Domain knowledge is an added advantage.

Background:

  • An MBA with 8-12 years marketing experience
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high quality/error free deliverables.
