Job Summary

Estimation of Static Equipments (pressure vessels, heat exchangers, etc) as per the requirement of codes and Client s specification
Cost analysis as per the Company Guidelines.
Familiar with standards and materials
Careful study of process licensors data sheet, material specifications & drawings
To build relationships with internal customers and external suppliers and vendors and manage a regular correspondence for quantities, cost and specification
Floating of enquiries to vendor for material quotes
Prepare cost summary and technical offer
Preparing & submitting of proposals, follow-up & correspondence with parties to convert submitted offers into orders.
Preliminary Mechanical design of Static Equipment
Negotiation with vendor along with procurement team to get best material costs in pre-order stage
Motivating Estimation team, define individual responsibilities. Manage team in terms of grooming, motivation, review/ appraisal of performance, identify T & D needs and recommend for the same.
Have knowledge of ISO 9001, ASME, OHSAS, EHS

Qualification :
Technical Graduate with Similar Exposure

Experience Required :

8 to 12 Years
