Job Summary Lead - Risk Analyst->> Identifies, analyzes, monitors and minimizes moderately complex areas of risk that pertain to information technology. Coordinates closely with disaster recovery and data security teams. Leads the preparation of risk reports for review by the business areas and CTS management. Manages a small team of Developers, including but not restricted to PMP & Compensation related activities. Works with the businesses to improve controls that would mitigate any deficiencies and ensure data and systems are protected. Ensures controls meet regulatory and organization standards. Ensures that existing control practices and procedures are documented. Reviews documentation for evidence of successful and efficient performance. Assists in analyzing CTS and market trends to determine potential resulting risks to the organization. Supervises a team by providing instruction, making assignments, directing and checking the work of applications developers. Provides training in technical tools and skills, as well as specific applications and their business functions to maximize their contribution. Completes final testing for conformance to standards and adherence to design specifications. Provides application and user support, troubleshooting, application testing, and post-implementation review of new/changed applications. Develops, enhances, and maintains quality application systems to support the client area. Manages a small development team. Contributes to the achievement of related teams' objectives. Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required, advanced degree preferred, 4-6 years of related experience required. Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
