Position: Project Manager - Structure
Location: Gurugram, Chennai
Qualification Required: B.Tech/BE in Civil Engineering
Experience Required: 5+ Years

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee structural engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Collaborate with architects, clients, and other engineering disciplines to integrate structural designs into overall project plans.
• Develop project plans, including defining project objectives, tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement proactive measures to mitigate them.
• Establish and maintain effective communication channels with clients, stakeholders, and project team members, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or queries.
• Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking expenses, and controlling project expenditures.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in BIM software, such as Revit, with expertise in structural modeling and detailing.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in structural engineering projects, with a strong understanding of the design and construction process.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients, contractors, and project team members.
• In-depth knowledge of structural engineering principles, building codes, and industry best practices.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate challenges and find innovative solutions.
