Job Description:

• Delivers and customizes technical presentations on Software Services & Products .
• Builds new presentations for use by sales and other software consultants.
• Explains Software & capabilities, limitations, and implementation.
• Works with sales representatives with little supervision to define sales and technical strategies in dealing with the client.
• Provides feedback on technical efforts of other software consultants.
• Researches, composes and delivers responses to RFI,RFQ & RFP's.
• Interacts with clients to clarify requirements.
• Reviews RFI,RFQ & RFP responses for technical accuracy.
• Generates timely status reports, time usage reports and expense reports as requested by management.
• Monitors customer support for technical solutions proposed throughout the sales process, and alerts the sales and account teams to potential risks of deal closure.
