About the role:
As an Employer Branding Associate, you will play a key role in designing and implementing high-value communications and events that drive our culture and employee engagement. You will be working with people at every level, to upplight Tiger Analytics brand internally for employees. We are looking for a skilled storyteller with a knack for interpersonal skills and a passion for building a strong culture of collaboration to create experiences that engage, connect and inspire our #Tigertribe (our employee community).

Responsibilities:
You will work with the Marcom and Delivery Excellence team in planning and executing key engagement and internal comms campaigns, working directly with relevant leaders, and collaborating with multiple functions to support the brand mission and our brand story. The role will evolve as the company grows and explores new avenues of growth. Below are key aspects of the role as we see shortly.
  • Designing and implementing the strategy for internal track and account level branding and comms working alongside Internal Comms, HR, and Delivery Excellence teams.
  • Development of social media as both a brand strategy and employee engagement by partnering with the social team to drive engagement strategies and metrics.
  • Improving our candidate experience and helping us work toward our vision of creating the same type of experience across the hybrid work environment.
  • Leverage our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to create flexible, targeted marketing messaging while still staying true to the Tiger culture.
  • Design, track, and report internal metrics and results of initiatives to demonstrate the impact of our efforts.
Job Requirement
  • 3+ years of experience and a track record of developing strategic, creative, and proactive internal engagement activities.
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
  • 3+ years of experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
  • Bachelor s degree in an applicable discipline (marketing, business, communications, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be able to write compelling copy.
  • Experience writing, editing, and managing a library of written and multimedia content.
  • Strong organizational skills and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage expectations across multiple, complex projects/priorities with aggressive due dates and quick turn-around times.
  • Flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, while possessing a high level of comfort with ambiguity.

Compensation and title will be commensurate with the experience and skill level.
