Job Summary Job Description: We re looking for a talented and driven Social Media Manager to become a member of our core marketing team. Apart from being very familiar with multiple social media channels, we re also looking for someone who has a strong understanding of branding and the limitations of each medium. As Tiramisu is expanding, it s important to us that we find an individual with an understanding and interest in creating unique digital experiences for the brands we manage to further their business objectives through intensive problem-solving skills. Being a senior member at Tiramisu entails taking ownership and being capable of handling projects from conception to delivery in a self-sufficient, independent and timely manner. This role requires the manager to be able to think on their feet, take strategic decisions, be able to interface with clients, deliver quality work on time and add value to our clients by creating strong marketing strategies. SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • Strong understanding of various social media channels and current trends.
  • Ability to come up with marketing strategies that are consistent with the brand values.
  • Ability to create reports and come up with recommendations on an ongoing basis for brands.
  • Must be an organized, flexible, pro-active and energetic individual capable of taking ownership for their work and collaborating effectively across teams and domains to deliver quality work on time. The ability to manage your own work effectively in a fast-paced environment is invaluable.
  • We like people who have clear ideas, are articulate and can contribute to the vision of Tiramisu with their personal expertise, opinions and ideas. People who can effectively share their points of view, collaborate, discuss and debate compellingly in order to take our deliverables to the next level are more than welcome!
