What you'll do In your daily work, you will interact with different people such as the product owner, scrum master, IT engineers and business stakeholders using the Salesforce CPQ platform apps. Based on your knowledge and expertise we expect you to: Develop new and improve existing Salesforce CPQ solutions throughout their entire lifecycle: design, development, testing, deployment, and support Perform requirement gathering, business analysis, functional design, and implementation of projects on the Salesforce CPQ platform Test the solutions you develop and be of assistance to the business in the UAT process Provide technical guidance in the creation and maintenance of the CPQ on Sales and Community Cloud Build and maintain a library of reusable service delivery documentation and code Review and provide feedback on technical implementations and documents to ensure that Salesforce best-practices and standards are followed Work with the business to provide proof of concept trials of innovative ideas for evaluation Leverage strong collaboration across internal and external stakeholders Multi-task and prioritize across multiple initiatives Communicate clearly while cooperating with team members and stakeholders Work in a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) working environment Engage in problem-solving with the Salesforce team and other IT teams What you'll need 5 to 7 years of relevant experience as a Salesforce developer and 2 to 3 years of experience in CPQ Mandatory certifications: Salesforce.com Certified Platform App Builder / Salesforce.com Certified Administrator , Salesforce CPQ Specialist Preferred certifications: Salesforce.com Certified Platform Developer I / Salesforce.com Certified Platform Developer II Technical experience with the following Salesforce clouds (CPQ, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud/Communities) and related technologies Knowledge about customizing and configuring Salesforce apps using LWC, Aura Framework, Apex, VF, REST Development experience in Flow, Triggers, components, workflow adjustments
