Automation Lead Job in Tracxn Technologies

Job description:
We are looking to hire Automation Leads to be part of Tracxn's Automation Vertical. The vertical focuses on automating business processes such as dashboards and MISes within the organization by implementing tools in Google Apps Script / Javascript

Key Responsibilities:-

Taking end-to-end ownership of the coding projects (Google Apps Script / Javascript)

• Understanding business requirements
• Designing architecture to solve the problem
• Writing code in Google Apps Script / Javascript
• Testing the code to ensure no bugs
• Providing support for Bugs and Change Requests
• Managing a team of 2 to 3 Automation Engineers.

Handover requirements to Automation Engineers

• Review their code and validate key logic and test cases
• Daily mentorship to Automation Engineers on good coding practices and optimal code

What are we looking for:-

• 3 - 6 years of coding experience using any Object Oriented Programming languages
• Willingness to work hard and continuously learn
• Willingness to learn coding in Google Apps Script / Javascript
• Ability to review and debug code quickly
• Stable Remote Working Infra setup for coding and daily video meetings i.e. Broadband Internet, Power Supply with backup and availability of Personal Laptop to be used during remote working.
• Willingness to relocate to Bangalore once work from office restarts
• Previous knowledge of Google Apps Script / Javascript is NOT mandatory. Training will be provided.
