1) Keeping Daily Updates of RED TAG Management. & Action taken for Asset Management.2) Preparing documents for Red tag Items , Report for utilisation in group companies. & revival of poor asset management.3) Area wise audit plan for inventory as well as red tag items for effectice utilisation in group companises.4) Monitoring & Control of day to day activities wrt REG Tag consumption and inventories.5) Prepare MIS report daily for updates to group companies anout tag items.6) Highlights the non-usable/usable items in laying in the inventory for long time.7) Planning for resale of unutilised/ non urgent to vendors.8) Prepare SOP/Work instruction for Invertory control RED tag itmes, Asset Management and Resale instructions.
