Job Summary
1 Define the major objectives, projects and problems for the section. Assign and direct staff accordingly and delegate responsibility for doing the tasks required 2 Implement plans to use materials, labour and equipment efficiently to meet production targets. 3 Help in optimizing savings through Process Improvements, quality enhancements & Development of new systems 4 Ensure all necessary process and safety checks are carried out in the plant and equipment. 5 Maintain a clean and safe working environment. 6 Ensure that Operators receive the necessary introduction and ongoing training to enable them to perform their duties in a safe and competent manner, with an emphasis on all safe working Practices & Produres. 7 To prepare budgets and control the spending for all activities and operations of the section. 8 To initiate and carry forward TPM (MUSKAAN, SHAAN ,CLRI Adherance & OTHER) initiatives by actively involving all members. 9 Ensure zero quality complaints & (Shaan& Other initiatives by actively inolving all members.
