Job Summary

As with all leadership roles at TTEC, you will be responsible for fostering leadership principles and vision consistent with TTEC s goals, values, and objectives. Because of the importance of this role to TTEC and our clients, you will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Operations
What the role entails
- Leads the acquisition and integration of client and internal data sources and systems to build a comprehensive operational metrics and customer experience database to turn data into critical business insight.
- Define and maintain data governance strategies that organizes data from a variety of sources into a consistent structure that represents the single source of information.
- Apply technology and innovation that automates and/or simplifies the acquisition, organization, analysis, and output of data across the TTEC organization.
- Using integrated client and TTEC data, the individual proactively advises TTEC leadership teams and clients on data strategies that keep TTEC at the forefront of data reporting and analytics versus our competitors.
- Transforms raw client data into analytical insight resulting in impactful actions and outcomes
- Prepares business plans and defines new capabilities to expand existing offerings broadening the company s business around the globe
- This leader will partner with business stakeholders to drive analytics innovation and delivery
- Evaluates the results of operations regularly and systematically and report to the Executive Committee
- This leader will lay the foundation by building and manage a team of reporting specialists, big data analysts, and data scientists to support delivery of seamless data reporting and analytics.
- Oversee the department to ensure a fiscally responsible operation. Preparation of cost analysis for new business ventures, entailing labor costs, industry trends, suppliers, and potential growth opportunities
- Coordinate with TTEC s technology teams to ensure leading technology adoption and maintenance to for an analytics capability and offering within the organization that is seen externally and internally as innovative and differentiated.

- 10+ years work related experience in Contact Center Operations, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Customer Experience Analytics
-And/Or-
- 10+ years work related experience supporting data acquisition, organization, governance, analysis, and output of big data for large scale organizations.
- Demonstrable experience leading teams to leverage data to drive business insights and analytics in an organization and delivering value through that analysis and the insights realized.
- Bachelor s degree in related discipline required (Business Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or Engineering)
- Advanced degree in business and/or statistics and/or mathematics preferred
- Six sigma knowledge and/or certification preferred
- Proven track record developing offerings and leading teams to deliver high quality advanced analytics solutions
- Client-facing consultative mindset and sales acumen
- Ability and desire to excel in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to lead and partner successfully with teams, management and client
- Ability to manage multiple, complex, on going tasks and projects
- High level of integrity, judgment and follow through
- Strong coaching, people, and leadership skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Data analysis skills
