Job Summary

Job Summary Manage end-to-end HR operations tasks on matters involving benefits, leaves, compensation, employee relations, training and development, and conflict resolution. Drive workforce strategies and implement HR policies, processes, and practices across the company. Lead end-to-end core HRMS system management and seamlessly manage all HR tasks efficiently. Support business functions by enhancing employee value proposition and delivering positive people experience through various employee engagement initiatives. Plan and design strategies for internal engagement and retention. Develop employer brand content and drive integrated social media campaigns to enhance the employer s value proposition. Support in acquiring quality talent and develop internal mobility programs to ensure a strong candidate pipeline. Design and implement compensation plans with monetary and non-monetary benefits based on current trends and practices. Partner with senior business executives and functional leaders to continually drive the effectiveness of the business through effective organizational development and change management to ensure maximum business success. Qualification & Experience Degree holder in Human Resources Management or in a related subject, an MBA degree with HR specialization is a plus. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably in a tech start-up. Good to have knowledge of software tools such as HRMS tool, JIRA, and Confluence.
