Job Description : Attending Inbound & marketing outbound calls to the leads generated through various marketing activities, Meet required daily targets for assigned leads / Database, active and inactive calls, Coordinating with the senior team and management on regular reporting over call, email & other channels for important updates. Ensuring the daily lead reporting done, Share information about our products and services by following sales scripts and marketing material, Answering potential clients questions and follow-up call questions, Consistence Follow up on calling and Strategic approach to retention & customer service, Follow the guidelines as per company SOPs at every level of sales Telecalling Process, Part of Dynamic Sales team and opportunity to progress in Closing sales and leading customer through the purchasing process, Follow up with client's calls for other job duties where necessary, Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails if necessary, Document call information up to the detail on CRM according to standard operating procedures (SOPs), Perform any other job duties to support the sales & marketing team, Manage Leads on the CRM and Follow a Lifecycle policy for converting to Demo if necessary, Excellent speaking skills in both English and Hindi language (Any south Indian language is a plus) and excellent writing skills in English, Flair to interact with people, A career-oriented mindset and a go-getter attitude.
