Job Summary

What you'll do at UiPath The role of a Business Analyst is like that of a project manager in a team. Salesforce business analyst is a project-based, business-improvement role. Business analysts help guide businesses to improve business processes and efficiency in Salesforce. Analyses complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Identifies gaps and provides technical expertise in business requirements for system functional specifications and scales new and current systems, processes and procedures in a cost-effective manner. Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing to meet business requirements. Designs details of automated systems. May provide consultation to users around automated systems. May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues. Significant experience in and with all operational aspects of a services business, preferably with a Systems Integrator. Significant experience in the process of developing and implementing new services and systems. Significant demonstrated experience in coordinating and managing tasks, and multiple projects. Additional Responsibilities Creates formal networks involving coordination among groups. Exercises independent judgment in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria to obtain results. Decision making, having a balance between overall picture and capability of deep diving in details. Work with business stakeholders and apply best practice methodologies to determine business requirements and to define solutions to address business, process, information and system problems, improvements or change Proactively develop and deploy enhanced services and platforms, covering all the functional aspects from service/product definition through to build and deployment. This role requires building and maintaining relationships with the following stakeholders, outside your Reporting line: Data Science, Operations Leads, Business Analytics Policy, Quality, as potential Cross-functional Areas of Focus What you'll bring to the team 6+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role in evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions. Expertise in advanced Excel and Reporting skills, Business Presentations, Data interpretation, and Data analysis. Quarterly Planning and Road mapping in collaboration with Operations Management and Product team. Write monthly Specialization-specific performance reports; written reports should show methodology with detailed statistical analysis, a summary of key findings, and recommendations. Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies. Incubate, operationalize, and streamline Product launches; including Friction Optimization to improve user experience. Staying up to date on the latest processes and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems. Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. Performing requirements analysis. Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts. Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management. Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports. Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff. Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff. Allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency. Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements. Performing user acceptance testing. Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance. Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures. Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements. Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users. Managing competing resources and priorities. Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects Excellent team player who displays good client service orientation with well-developed administrative and organization skills Deep expertise in specific systems, processes and technologies that they will be required to analyze Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, Word, Excel Project, and PowerPoint and understanding of systems generally used in a services organization.
