Troubleshooting and resolving electrical complaints in the machinery at customer sites.
Diagnosing machine and process problems and taking necessary measures to achieve expected performance levels.
Conducting general check-ups of machines to assess their electrical condition and performing repairs as needed.
Staying updated with machinery developments, technology advancements, and performance standards, and applying this knowledge to maximize machine efficiency.
Adhering to scheduled times for job completion, maintaining punctuality.
Providing timely and comprehensive reports on each job.
Providing prompt feedback to principals on trials, validations, and requested data or information.
Building rapport with customers and technicians, fostering confidence in the machinery's capabilities, potential, and reliability.
Training junior erection staff assigned as understudies, imparting job-related knowledge and skills.
