Job Summary

Roles & Responsibilities: Develop products or systems suggestions for customers and successfully sell them Delight customers by understanding their needs clearly and proposing the best solutions Identify and engage with new customers across the globe Identify and engage with channel partners internationally to increase the customer pipeline Work with the product, technology, operations, and business teams to make sure customers needs are addressed on a priority. Guide the team to develop techno-commercial documents or presentations to explain the product information, pricing, benefits, etc. Collaborate with Marketing teams to ensure the marketing plan targets the right demographic. Provide support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company s relationship with them Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics Requirements: 10-15 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a start-up environment Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills Extremely detail-oriented. Take the initiative to get things done when there is an opportunity for improvement. Good analytical skills and effective stakeholder management. Excellent B2B sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills. Previous experience in the Robotics/Logistics field Good to Have: Experience of scaling new market entrants in the sphere of sales An immense network across the globe in the logistics space.
