What do you contribute? As a Content Marketing Manager, you will Lead the effort to develop succinct and compelling positioning, messaging and value propositions in support of strategic initiatives & GTM priorities Develop compelling corporate, solutions and industry level marketing content to engage IT/business decision-makers and practitioner audiences Partner closely with senior leadership, marketing and sales leadership to understand conceptual ideas, product innovations, competitive positioning, and translate such into compelling marketing content and assets (presentations, data sheets, white papers, case studies, videos, demos, etc.) Ensure messaging and content adoption across multiple marketing & GTM channels and programs (events, VBC, field, partners, digital, alliances, sales, channel partners, web, social media etc.) Primary areas of focus include: corporate messaging (develop, evangelize and adapt corporate story in conjunction with key subject-matter experts and internal partners). Strategic initiatives & programs, and messaging for targeted industry verticals. Skill and Qualification 3-7 years of experience in content, product and solutions marketing Strategic and analytical mind-set with demonstrated ability to simplify complex concepts and articulate uniquely differentiated value propositions to both technical and business audiences Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong storytelling and thought- provoking, executive-ready presentation skills Demonstrated ability to speak knowledgeably, clearly and persuasively to a diverse range of internal and external audiences at all levels Interpersonal and organizational skills to lead, influence and work effectively with a broad range of peers and executives Domain knowledge of Retail industry highly preferred. Willing to travel up to 25% in order evangelize product with partners, customers and business leaders as well as work with the sales teams Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop talent and drive a performance-based culture in a fast-paced, dynamic and high-growth environment Bachelor s degree in marketing, communications or related field required. MBA preferred
