Job Summary
- Must have 2-4 years of experience in Product Management, preferably at a high-growth startup.
- A background in Engineering is a plus.
- MBA (online/part-time/full-time) is good to have.
- Experience using data to make decisions. Comfortable building dashboards and tracking analytics for features
- Customer-centric, be the voice of customers, and empathize with them.
- Strong business, analytical, data, and troubleshooting skills.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills. Ability to quickly absorb technical concepts and effectively simplify and communicate them to a non-technical audience.
- Strong time management with the ability to balance multiple deliverables.
- Must be able to work across time zones to liaise with our US-based customer success team.
