What success looks like in this role:

Subject Matter Expert with 11+ years of experience having in-depth knowledge of Solution Designing, Implantation, Implementation, Transformation, Project Management, Documentations and support administration and Management of Process, tools and technology related to Endpoint Security. Take initiative and innovate solutions to fix complex issues. The candidate should have a solid understanding of IT Security, Risk Management, vulnerability assessment and information security compliance initiatives which mitigates threats to the business. This will be demonstrated by a combination of work experience, training, and certification programs.

Role Description:
Planning, Design, Implement & Integrate EPS architecture (includes different Technical Platforms).
Should mentor team in day to day operations and handle escalations. Provide appropriate effective solutions
providing business improvement solutions to clients and execution skills.
Propose and implement projects
Create Maintain Best Practices documents for Security Services and maintain Knowledge base.
Good working knowledge/understanding on client firewall tools, Managing Auto location, Firewall Policies, HI Checks and Intrusion Detection.

• Will own escalations from SPOCs
• Work on SIP (Service improvement plan) and propose new designs for improvement. Lead the implementation
• Lead projects
• Research the technology advancement and applicability to the accounts. Will test new patches, packages and versions
• Provide refresher technical training to team members and SPOC
• Workwith Endpoint management to enhance service
• Adhere the objectivities assigned to resource from manager
• Work on Innovations
