What success looks like in this role:

• Engineers with 12+ Yrs. of experience in the field End User Technology services.
• Good experience in managing Windows operating systemssuch as Windows 7 , Windows 8 & Windows 10
• Knowledge of VB Scripting/ HTA / Batch scripting/Power Shell or any programming language is a must
• Good Knowledge of O365, One Drive etc.
• Seasoned professional with strong understanding of Desktop Lifecycle Management OS Imaging, Software Deployment, patch management and End-point Security
• Maintains & manage infrastructure services related to hardware, Security

  Devices, Unified Communication, Network, Intranet and other IT applications, Cisco networks.

• Expertise in working with Desktop hardware products by Dell, HP, Lenovo, Panasonic, Fujitsu, Sony etc.
• Knowledge of hardware components & Driver integration
• Experience in managing end point infrastructure related to computing facilities such as backup & disaster recovery
• Deliver IT Services Management (ITSM) solutions based on ITIL best practices that are focused on people, process, technology and information perspectives of providing business solutions within the IT Infrastructure.
• Success in supporting and administering large implementations of Windows devices in a multi-location / geography environment
• Execution of Enterprise support processes including Incident Management/ Problem Management /Change Management /Service Request Management experience within engineering, building, and supporting a large heterogeneous multi-data centre computing environment.
• Responsible for proper escalation, communications, and management of production system problems.
• Manage Service Level Agreements and ensuring service delivery as per the agreement within specified time, cost and quality parameters.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management and negotiation

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• Between 10 to 12 years of relevant experience in End point Technologies
• Should be an expert in the following core Application packaging offerings.
  • Windows Installer
  • Admin Studio, Wise Package Studio
  • Application Virtualization (AppV, ThinApp, XenApp, etc)
  • Application Compatibility/Assessment (ACT, APPDNA, ChangeBase)
  • Application Rationalization
• Good experience in SCCM 2007, 2012 infrastructure Management experience
• Relevant experience in using tools such a MDT, SCCM 2007/2012, WAIK/Windows ADK etc.
• Expertise on Desktop imaging ( Creating and Deploying Windows 7/Windows 8/Windows 10) using WAIK/ Windows ADK with MDT 2010/MDT 2012 and higher, SCCM 2007 & SCCM 2012, Windows Deployment Services.
• In-depth knowledge and troubleshooting experience of Lite-Touch, Zero touch Deployments, WDS/PXE Issues, Sysprep tool, WinPE
• Experience in using tools such as AirWatch, Mobile Iron, Xen Mobile, Sap Afaria, Intune or Good Technologies
• Good experience on any two tools among below
