What success looks like in this role:

• SCCM 2007/2012 deployment and infrastructure knowledge including troubleshooting, design, and implementation and configuration experience, experience on 2012, 2007 migrations
• Knowledge on Desktop imaging using BDD/MDT 2010, 2012, Sysprep, WinPE, and image deployment methods such as Lite-Touch, experience on OSD, hardware refresh projects, workstation migrations
• Deploying security updates with System Centre Configuration Manager, SCUP (third party applications like Adobe, Frimware and other updates) implementation and configuration
• Scripting experience, VBscript using scripts for automating daily tasks as required
• Knowledge of Packaging tools- should include Wise Studio, Install Shield
• Expertise in Customized report creation using Custom SQL queries as well as custom reporting with SRS in LANDESK/SCCM
• Implementation of new functions and features in LANDESK/SCCM 2007/2012
• Acts as escalation point for issues unresolved by engineers at level 1,2 And 3
• Experience in Windows 10 Imaging and MDT
• Experience in Application Packaging
• Expertise in dealing with day to day issues in LANDESK/SCCM management
  • SCCM Site Configuration Management (core servers in LANDesk) Resolve LANDESK/SCCM client health issues
  • Troubleshoot package replication issues
  • LANDESK/SCCM DB Configuration and Maintenance
  • Ownership of LANDESK/SCCM, WSUS, and SCUP infrastructure and backend
  • Work with the Backup & Restore team to ensure success backup of the environment
  • Configure monitoring as required for services which would help monitor the tool

Experience on other tools like Altiris/Marimba/Big Fix would be a nice to have skill.
