Your Role

The job will include the following responsibilities:

• Own learning experience creation across multiple areas in management, etc.

• Own key metrics including student satisfaction and career impact for learners

• Research on the best practices in content creation, online/blended learning models and delivery and help institutionalise those practices

• Mentoring the team consisting of content strategists and SMEs

• Collaborating with global and Indian faculty and SMEs to create high-quality content for diverse audiences

Your Profile

• 8+ years of EdTech experience in creating learning experiences for students

• Masters or PhD in Education/Pedagogy or MBA from premier college

• Excellent written, communication and analytical skills

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and get the work done

• Potential to define and complete work within deadlines
