Job Summary
- Excellent Microsoft PowerPoint design Skills to adapt to client / internal style guide is mandatory.
- At a high-level, focusses on to bring together the Sales/Commercial related data from various system residing in on-premise systems like SAP etc. and various Cloud platforms like IBP / ARIBA / SuccessFactors / C4C /Azure cloud etc. and perform Reporting/Dashboards on this dataset to bring meaningful insights for businesses.
- Business Analyst to act as key interface between the Business/end-users and the project IT team to gather the information and requirement in detail via multiple client meeting, document them and translate them to technical requirement for IT delivery team.
- Good functional knowledge of Sales / Commercial data of an organization like Sales document flows, Point of Sales data etc. to ensure good connection with business users in requirement gathering sessions.
- Translate / Explain the requirements to the IT delivery team and involved them to Conceptualize and design Data models.
- Basic understanding of IT systems (SAP and Cloud Solutions) and data harmonization and mapping between various datasets
- Help and support in Solution testing along with business users.
- Good command on the English Language to interact with IT and other stakeholders.
- High level of flexibility and ability to adapt to the requirements.
- Ability to make quick and informed decisions.
- Quick learning and good organizational skills
- Good project management exposure with respect to Agile, Waterfall, Change Management. Any PMP certification would be added advantage
- Exposure to JIRA, ITIL would be necessary !
