Job Summary
  • Customer Account Management: Mapping client s requirements such as new space requirement, lease renewals, expansion or other plans accurately
  • Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain relationships with current and potential customers and decision makers.
  • MIS: Submit sales reports as per the requirement and maintain an MIS on accounts handled.
  • Data Base Management: Responsible for the accuracy of data base under areas of influence.
  • Sales Goals Management: Achieve individual monthly / quarterly sales targets as set by management.
  • Event Participation: Represent the company at various business forums and/or business meetings to promote the company.
  • New Business Management: Continually look to identify further business opportunities through effective liaising with other related businesses and colleagues.
  • Lead Management: responsible for establishing contact on all inbound leads received for the region.
