Job Description :

• Good understanding of recruitment life cycle (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates)
• Should be good with technologies or a thorough understanding of various IT terminologies.
• Coordinating with interview-panel for Telephonic, Virtual and Personal interviews.
• Should be able to work in Job Portals, Social Networking, Bulk Emails etc.
• Must possess some knowledge of how the recruitment process works.

• Must be a Quick thinker and high energy levels
• Also, should be proactive & self-driven
• Good Communication, Interpersonal and team coordination skills.
• Go getter attitude, ability to think out of the box.
• MBA (HR) with UG in computer science background, 2019 and 2020 passed outs can apply.
• Candidate who has work experience in consultancy or recruitment firm, especially in US/ Canada recruitment is added advantage.
