Key Skills:

• Has knowledge of Windows 10 installation, computer assembling, printer installation
• Has knowledge of lan networking, crimping & solving LAN network issues
• Has knowledge of computer troubleshooting
• Has done hardware - networking course from any good institute like jetking or any other equivalent
• Has basic knowledge of software installations like ms office, skype, google chrome, photoshop, etc.. or any other softwares

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Complete all the hardware, software and networking requirements of our staff members
• Do computer assembling and fitting
• Computer repair and troubleshooting
• Computer hardware upgrade, ram upgrade, hard disk upgrade
• Windows 10 installation & Any software installation
• Hardware Inventory management & arrangement
• Cleaning of all computers and regular maintenance work
• Windows operating system clean-up, once every month, for every laptop / computer
