Job Summary
We are looking for a resilient, empathic Business Development Executive to contribute to the growth of our company. Business development executives are responsible for finding and retaining clients, encouraging extant clients to purchase added products or features, and remaining abreast of changes in consumption. You will also be required to build capacity in staff through regular training and mentorship. The offered CTC annually is between INR 2,40,000 to 4,80,000. Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive or similar role
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
- Bachelor's/Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
