Talent Acquisition Specialist Wooqer is on a mission to create a SuperApp for Operations where business users can create, find, and discover virtually any app that makes them deliver better results everyday. By enabling users to act fast, make data driven everyday decisions and a wide selection of industry/cross industry best practices, Wooqer is emerging as the go to business platform. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be working closely with all teams and help them source, identify, screen, and hire individuals for various roles in Wooqer. Managing end to end recruitment process Develop and Implement recruitment strategy, refine strategy dynamically based on business need. Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments. Evaluating company products and services towards creating an accurate profile for the open position. Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other members of staff. Source applicants through research vide various channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks, updating job ads and conducting background checks. Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position. Identify and refine down the most suitable talent from available candidates. Identify passive candidates through research, internal and external networking, direct outreach, direct sourcing, Internet searches, database searches and talent mapping. Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews. Conduct HR discussions based on value assessment & cultural fitment. Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders. Conducting hiring drives Setting up and executing a suitable campus hiring program Drive Employment branding initiatives Role Description: Diverse work experience in talent acquisition role. Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks and ability to research. Resourceful, go-getter, independent thinker and decision maker and problem solver. Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods. Experience in using platforms like LinkedIn, IIMJobs, Instahyre, organic search, etc to proactively source candidates. A keen understanding of the requirements for each role in the company. Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends. Excellent interpersonal and communication and negotiation skills. Ability to succinctly communicate Wooqer s Growth Plan and generate interest in the candidates. Skills and Qualifications Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, or similar. 4 - 6 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar. B.Tech graduate preferred. Rakesh holds a Bachelor Degree from IIT Delhi. Kailash Iyer As a VP Finance, Kailash is leading the finance, legal, compliance & admin team and is striving to unlock value for all stakeholders. Kailash is a versatile professional, with entrepreneurial mindset, with diverse experience in financial and business environments. Prior to Wooqer, Kailash led a similar role at Hashedin By Deloitte.
