Job Summary

As a Supply Chain Executive your main role is to ensure that the production and procurement process runs smoothly. They have to ensure that the goods or products the company is dealing with are always in stock and it reaches the retail front or the customers in time and with the highest quality.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Procurement of Goods and Products that the company retails.
  • Handling and maintaining relations with the existing suppliers.
  • Finding new and better suppliers and getting them on board with the company.
  • Getting our existing suppliers registered and also getting new suppliers registered and onboard.
  • You should know the entire purchasing process and should implement it.
  • Source new trending products and add to existing product list.
  • Ensuring the complete process of order fulfilment and ensure no issues occur in the process.
  • Finding and selecting the right courier partner with who will also help in reverse logistics.
  • You must know about the various forms of transport that would suit our products well.
  • Inventory management is another crucial part of this job.
  • Should know methods of packaging the products in the most efficient way
  • You must have the knowledge and ability to be able to create estimates, sales order, Invoices and other relevant documents.
