Job Description


  • Will be one point of contact with the customer, responsible for agreement, collection and follow up with the clients forpayment as per plan.
  • Coordinate with clients and internally for timely ATS/Sale Deed Execution
  • Responsible for End-to-End CRM activities from Sales Bookings to Documentation and Handover of Units to clients
  • Responsible for ensuring timely resolution of customer queries and complaints and maintaining a proper mechanism to controlthe same
  • Coordinate with internal departments for quick and timely resolutions of all kinds of customer requests
  • Ensure necessary actions are taken to keep outstanding under control
  • Communication with customers over the mail and phone
  • Coordinate with bankers for loan coordination and timely payments
