Job Description Brief JD: Update data and records in the HRMS system Create and issue different letters to the associates. Coordinating with the BGV vendors and keeping the BGV checks up to date as per compliance. Connecting with associates and addressing their concerns and grievances and escalating them to the right level Help conceptualize and execute regular employee engagement activities throughout the year. Drive Employee Engagement goals by designing and implementing an agreed engagement calendar program throughout the year. Administer new employee onboarding and orientation. Conduct exit interviews and recommend corrective action if necessary. Various other HR ops activities
