Education/ Experience and Skill Requirement
Marketing experience of 6-8 years in the B2B marketing domain
HubSpot (or any marketing automation) knowledge is an added advantage
Certification in Google Analytics, AdWords, or LinkedIn campaigns is also an advantage
Understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
Excellent communication skills and the ability to think creatively and innovatively
Budget-management skills, with an ROI-driven mindset
Professional judgment and discretion as a result of experience in the field
Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in areas such as graphic design, web design, and production
Responsibilities
Collaborate with P&L teams to proactively source high-quality content and thought leadership, with a strong focus on thought-leadership collateral such as white papers, blogs, eBooks, articles, and solution videos
Use organic and paid campaigns to promote the different service lines and solutions, aiming to close new business- and revenue-generating opportunities
Ensure top-page ranking for service lines handled, frequently updating keywords to maintain the highest rankings
Act as lead for go-to-market strategies and new-product launches
Create a stream of demo and revenue opportunities
Marketing automation lead implementation of marketing automation best practices
Technology stack define and own the overall marketing technology stack
Analytics and ROI closely monitor analytics, measure ROI and suggest areas to optimise
Plan leads, and develop and execute communications programmes
Facilitate senior leadership messaging and media interaction in client geographies
Lead PR and communications to build brand and generate visibility
Implement innovative ideas to enhance brand and visibility on social media
Make optimum use of social media platforms to generate leads, create conversations and generate touchpoints in the addressable market
Manage social media strategy and budgets
Plan and organise client breakfast events in collaboration with the Sales team and company segments/P&L teams. Ensure all pre- and post-event activities are conducted in line with marketing best practices
Assist Sales team and company segments/P&L teams in representing the firm at external events
Work closely with P&L teams to organise webinars for solution areas, as applicable
Demonstrate leadership in generating new ideas to make the marketing process and activities efficient and effective
Learn and deploy marketing best practices across events, online media, social media, branding and PR to make the marketing process efficient
A self-starter, and excellent planner and campaign executor
Has exceptional organisational skills, including ability to multi-task, prioritise work and meet deadlines
Is able to support, manage and influence senior stakeholders
Is able to build collaborative relationships and effectively leverage networks to mobilise resources
Thinks clearly and has the influencing skills to develop and gain buy-in for strategic communications
Is strong in analytical skills to make sense of data and what it means for the business
