Delivery Head Farming

We are looking for an experienced?Delivery Unit Head to manage service delivery to the client accounts (in cloud, digital transformation & data analytics platforms) that ultimately results in client level success, client level profitability and overall growth of the organization. Drives business units P&L, strategy, operations and growth with a span of control around 200 Plus people.

Key Responsibilities Include

Delivery Management:

  • Deliver Value Proposition to the client at all times
  • Execute client contracts (on time delivery, within budget, required resources and desired quality standards)
  • Supervise the project teams in creating and tracking the project plans and ensuring flawless execution of the same
  • Ensure adherence to the defined standards and processes for project delivery
  • Identify potential issues and implement a mitigation strategy with project teams
  • Capture & share all the critical data points of delivery and processes (dashboard)
  • Ensure adherence to quality processes, quality gates and review mechanisms
  • Execute with the optimum resource mix

Client Team Engagement and Satisfaction:

  • Build effective relationships with onsite account management teams
  • Develop a strategic and operational understanding of the clients business, domain of operations and requirements in totality
  • Engage with the client and provide confidence to the client that the client requirements are well understood and that the organization has the ability to address the client requirements
  • Supervise delivery teams to ensure that the client requirements are addressed and the solutions enable onsite team success
  • Understand the norms of engagement between client, onsite account managers and delivery teams and ensure all norms are adhered to (client connect, review and handling escalations)
  • Keep onsite account management up to date through formal weekly, monthly and quarterly connects
  • Understand the risks associated with changes in market and technology and partner with the onsite account management teams and client to mitigate the same
  • Enable the organization move up in the engagement maturity hierarchy with the client

People Management:

  • Assess the competencies available in the team and pro-actively build the required competency levels for the growth of the client accounts
  • Build the team, set performance expectations, evaluate performance and guide the team to exceed expectations
  • Coach, develop and motivate the team to meet and exceed performance expectations
  • Build a high performance AGILE culture
  • Identify and develop potential delivery managers

Growth & Finance:

  • Drive Revenue Growth
  • Manage the cost structure, revenue generation and minimize revenue leakage.
  • Data savvy forecast, budget, utilization, profitability

Preferred Experience of

  • Managing?$10M+ accounts??
  • Implementing Agile?methodologies, project management principles?
  • Managing?teams working on Cloud and MPP Data Platforms?
  • Strategic planning, risk management and/or change management?
  • Digitization, technology innovation, cloud transformation, data and insights

Desired Qualification

  • Graduation or post-graduation in?Computer Science, Engineering or?Business Administration.??
  • PMP/Scrum?certification would be added advantage.??
  • Minimum?14?years of engagement management experience and interfacing with key project stakeholders?
