Job Summary

Job Description This is a remote position. As a Growth Catalyst at Agivant, your primary objective will be to generate revenues by identifying and pursuing business opportunities with either new or existing customers. Depending on the need, you will either focus on acquiring new customers (Hunting) or nurturing existing customer relationships (Farming). Your strategic thinking, market knowledge, and negotiation skills will be essential to drive growth and expand our customer base. Core Responsibilities: Maintain and nurture existing relationship with key executives to generate new business opportunities. Identify and pursue potential business deals by proactively reaching out to potential customers, partners, exploring market opportunities, and cultivating new relationships and enhancing existing ones. Evaluate potential business deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements, financials, and assessing internal priorities to make informed decisions. Develop effective negotiating strategies and positions by understanding the integration of new ventures with company strategies and operations. Close new business deals by successfully negotiating contracts, ensuring alignment with business operations and objectives. Requirements Functional: Ability to engage with CXOs at different levels, establishing credibility and building strong relationships with key decision-makers. Skill in crafting effective sales and marketing strategies to generate a robust pipeline of potential customers and opportunities and win new businesses. Solid understanding of the new age technology (eg., AI, Data, Hyper Automation, Cloud, etc. ) and its application to solve business problems, allowing you to effectively communicate and position our solutions to prospective clients. Strong negotiation skills to drive favourable outcomes and secure mutually beneficial agreements.
